Slim Jims® and a cranberry reduction? Say what?

Join us for a unique dining opportunity that will raise money for local charities. It all started with the 2007 Miller’s Neighborhood Market/Hampton Roads Magazine Convenience Store Cook Off when top area chefs competed for the best convenience store cuisine.

Learn about it here: 2007 Convenience Store Cook Off/Video

They proved you can shop at a Miller’s store to create a gourmet meal. It’s true. You may never look at Spam®, Slim Jims® or Twinkies® the same way again! Now, you can join the fun in two ways:
Zinc Brasserie

1

Sample the award-winning entrees and desserts at the restaurants of the chefs for a limited time only – just as they prepared them for the Cook Off competition. Make your reservations now for September 14 – 23.

2

Are you a Miller’s gourmet? Try your hand at home using the chef’s quickie recipes. Stop by a Miller’s Neighborhood Market to purchase a souvenir book, which contains recipes from all the chefs and get the ingredients while you’re there!

Best of all, proceeds from Eat Good! Do Good! support the chefs’ charities of choice and the Miller Oil Foundation. The Miller Oil Foundation provides financial support and public awareness of special needs charities in the regions Miller Oil Company and the Miller stores operate, like Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters, Hope House Foundation, Lee’s Friends, the YMCA, d’ART Center, Chrysler Museum, Virginia Arts Festival and others.

So, bon appetite and thank you for supporting our local charities!
