A.C. “Gus” Miller founded Miller Oil Company, Inc. in 1977 when he purchased Exxon Company USA's home heating oil business in Norfolk, Va.

Our greatest growth took place during the 1980's when we made the Inc. Magazine list of 500 fastest growing companies three times! This was also when we began our expansion into the Convenience store and gasoline retailing business.

Today we serve as the leading Heating Oil, HVAC, and Commercial Fuels provider of Hampton Roads with convenience stores from Virginia Beach to Manassas. We continue to be a family run business - Gus now serves as CEO with sons Jeffrey as President, and Keith as Senior Vice President.

In 2004, we founded the Miller Oil Foundation with Deanne Miller as the Chairman of the Board. This non-profit organization gives back to the community that has given its business and support so generously to our company and family over the last 30 years. The mission of the foundation is to help people help themselves and those around them through the enthusiastic and meaningful involvement of the Miller family and employees of Miller’s.

Today our over 400 employees continue to be dedicated to growing our company by satisfying your needs with the highest quality products and inspired personal service. We look forward to the next 34 years serving this wonderful community!
