A: No, you do not have to keep track of your points in order to collect your rewards. MILLER EASY REWARDS technology does all the work.

A: You can redeem points by using the MILLER EASY REWARDS printer. This is located inside The Miller Neighborhood Market near the cashier. To redeem points, just touch your MILLER EASY REWARDS key tag to the designated area on the printer and your earned reward coupon will print out. The MILLER EASY REWARDS printer will print out up to five (5) coupons at a time whenever applicable. If you have accumulated more than five (5) MILLER EASY REWARDS Reward Coupon, simply repeat the process explained earlier until all of your rewards coupons have been printed.
Q: What items are not eligible for point accrual?
A: Items not eligible for point accrual at this time are third party sales. (Money orders, stamps, licenses, lottery tickets, LOTTO, gift cards, pay spot items, prepaid credit cards, etc.

A: There are four ways for you to determine if you have earned a reward:

A: Yes, if you forget to use your tag while paying at the pump, you can receive your points inside. You only need to ask to reprint the receipt for your pay-at-the-pump transaction. You will not be able to get points twice as points are awarded based on each transaction.
Q: How do I get points when I prepay fuel?
A: You need to place your tag either at the pump or inside AFTER the transaction is complete. If you activate your key tag while prepaying inside, it will not give you points because the system does not know what the total on the transaction will actually be.

A: No. Points are accumulated on an individual basis only.

Q: What do I do when my tag is not working?
A: First, check to make sure the system is working and on-line by using your key tag at both the MILLER EASY REWARDS printer and MILLER EASY REWARDS scanner. If the system is functioning properly you will be given a new key tag after completing an Application/Change of Status form. Please be sure to put your new key tag# on the form. You will not lose your points; they will be transferred to your new key tag.
